The biggest amount of posts you've seen on any forum

I know someone ultimate-guitar who had about 37,000 posts over the space of about 4 years, I'm sure that can be beaten though. What's the most that you've seen?

Haven't seen anywhere near that many, I did see a guy get around 3,500 posts in the space of 4-5 months though. It's easy to achieve if you just spam, but almost all of his posts were either page long essays or pieces of artwork or modelling he'd created. I'd imagine if he broke all of them down to small posts, he probably could've attained around 15,000 posts in that timespan instead.

assuming that each post takes at most 1 second to write and post, it would take over 80 hours to post that many posts.

Well, I've been contemplating about that but didn't crunch the numbers. As you can see from the previous posts, that is either fake or Todd McFarlane is really a machine that can post in his forums faster than he can draw ink the next issue of Spawn.

The most on the Escapist is held by Moon Penguin. He usually posts on Warcry though. The most I've ever seen is like 100000 or so, some Mod on another gaming website. I forget the name though.
