Okay, so it isn't the actual return of the Cold War, but America and Russia will take to the rugby pitch this Sunday as two 15-men sides battle it out in the final round of the Churchill Cup in England. Both sides have (predictably) lost both of their pool games, setting them up for an epic clash in the Bowl Cup on finals day.
Yes, I know rugby isn't a sport that's widely followed in the States but seeing as it is World Cup year perhaps a little bit of interest is warranted, particularly in the clash against a formidable Russian side. Russia are the favourites with a far stronger and more physical side but America have some magical talent so an upset is more than possible.
