Ladies and Gentlemen, I have a question.

Superman may be indestructible, and the ultimate Superhero, but he has never had a truly 'good' game. It's always either been average (Superman Returns) to downright horrible (64. Just 64.)

So the question is...what does it take to make a great Superman game that will be fondly remembered for centuries? What does Superman have to offer that makes for a super-strong core game-play experience? What will it take to do so?

Personally, I think we should take Superman Returns, and just add more random events and monsters. Like jail-breaks that could come back to haunt you in the near future if you fail to stop them, crashing air-planes that could cause massive damage to the City, a stronger RPG element (damage catagories) and make it so Superman can actually die from the Kryptonite that was present in the game. I think Meteorites should occur much more often. I think there should be low-level muggings that give you the opportunity to flex your invulnerability. Combat should be sharpened and should make you feel like Superman, both on the ground and in the air.

That's what I think should happen. How about you?
