The apocalypse is beginning. Two armies are about to clash in mighty battle across the whole universe. Tell me escapists, what song would be playing in your head at this point?

My song choice is a very apt one.

Touching on a myriad of emotions that can only be felt in such a time of great conflict. To know this song is to know that your world is coming to an end...

Very fitting isn't it?

I especially love the imagery the song invokes in regards to loved ones.

OT: Oh shit, Captcha has learned of LOLcats, I think the end might really be near.

Er, wait, that wasn't OT.

That's the first thing that popped into my head, at least.

Seems fitting. :D

That's how I felt after listening to it too.

It's truly an amazing track.

*Walks over to Daystar and starts strangling him*

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHH!!!

DIE!

Ok enough of killing Daystar...at least for today.
I think we should all send Daystar to the naughty corner to think back on his bad actions. That was pure evil, I got a group you can join...the Injustice League! Bwahaha....

And enough of insulting Daystar too. I shall choose my music.

Incredibly obvious, I know, but someone was going to go there. I thought it might as well be me.

Ok, let me try to establish a timeline:

Viewing the battlefield as the conflict begins (Armies do not engage until 7:55. Everything before that is surveying the battlefield, reviewing just what is at stake, the soldiers getting in the zone, etc)

Tides turn for the worse (followed by a counteroffensive midway through)

One army is demoralized, and the other gleefully rubbing their superiority in their foes' faces

Final push against the aforementioned army

This would be the greatest apocalypse song ever, if during the battle, mankind tried and failed to save their world, resulting in one final appeal to the armies to accept them as part of their community, which is rejected due to human nature, ending with many suicides and the glorious, glorious extermination of mankind, which happens to be set to carnival music.
