I pretty much agree with this, One of the things I've come to realise is that every generation believes themselves to be the last, look at the amount of people that have been called the antichrist; the one who is mentioned in Revelation as bringing on the apocalypse. There were books written about Napoleon being the antichrist. every US president in the history of ever has been called it, and not just in passing, but by people who study the passages of the bible, and work out the abstract bits and dates to suit their accusation.Radoh said:People are naturally arrogant creatures who believe that life begins and ends with theirs. After all, when they die, what will they know of life?
Um....Does every generation think it's going to be the last. I have never heard anyone say that.PrimaVita said:Can anyone tell me why every generation feels that they are the last generation to live? Really? And it is not a paranoia thing. Why is it that there is a feeling not a knowing of a doomed apocalypse that never happens?
Just asking.
