The escapist font

Does anybody know if there is a way to change the font that displays for you on this site? I haven't been able to read articles because the font I have is really thin and blens with the background(w's especially look faded). It gives me headaches. I have tried zooming, but it doesn't help.

By the inbox envelope, there should be an asterisk-looking thing

Hover over it and there will be an option to change it to: Alt Sans Sarif or Times New Roman
