Lets ignore game violence for today and focus instead on the fun and positive influences that todays games might have on our lives. Anything from humming a theme tune to dressing like our favourite game characters.
So open up and be honest girls and boys, we're all gamers here.
Has any body found themselves creeping around like rogues in the dark when nobody is looking or running with their hands behind their backs like Naruto does? Who cant resist the urge to do a classic victory pose from a Final Fantasy game when something goes your way? And how many of you ARE trying to dress like Dante or Rikku or even having a Solid Snake bandana around your heads?

I'll start with my embarrasing habit of always humming a tune from NinetyNineNights when i'm walking my dog across a field that reminds me of one of the battlefields =S

Secondly, ever since playing Folklore on PS3 I've developed a career interest in writing for a Paranormal magazine.

And to Finish, Ever since I started buying my own clothes many years back Ive always tried to wear crossing red belts and coats that look like the one Squall Leonhart has in FF8. Not so much now but old habits die hard.

Now it's your turn. Thanks for reading.

Whatever 3rd person game I've been playing, I walk like that person. Happened in Vice City, San Andreas, Uncharted, GTA IV, Assassin's Creed, ACII and now it's starting with Red Dead Redemption!

I don't wanna walk like a cowboy! <_<

I like saying Duke's one liners now and again. Your Face, Your ass, what's the difference.

Blasphemy, Cowboy walks are awesome!

On a somewhat related note, after playing Mass Effect I found myself rubbing the back of neck when I talked to people a lot more.

1. fuck the title, I lost the game.

2. Only as a joke, I've never intimidated anything from a game while trying to be serious.

I have a horrible tendency when getting something I want/like or generally anything, for example... I get a burger at a fast food place. I always end up humming one of two tunes. Either the battle victory sound from FF7 or the tune that plays when link opens a chest in Ocarina of time.

....Even in public, Without realising it sometimes.

Its embarrassing

I walk like Sam Fisher.

Also sometimes I do some of the conversation animations in Mass effect whilst talking to someone.

Well, this isn't really a game example, more just technology in general, but I was once drawing something after finishing an exam, and when I made a mistake I tried to press Ctrl+Z.

I seem to find myself singing "It doesn't matter" a few more times then I should when I'm alone, as well as humming the Final destination level theme from super smash bros. And tapping along to the Donkey kong country returns music.

The worst habit I picked up is that girly run you sometimes see the female characters do, where they have their hands raised to the side and kinda walk like they're running on hot coals or something?...

Most people think it's cute, but when I realize it, I immediately try to run with my arms down in embarrassment. -__- I don't even know where I picked it up from...

Ooooh, I sometimes do the conversation thingy as well. Makes difficult converstaions much easier and so much more fun. I also keep a list in my head of all the items I have on my person as if I were playing Fallout, Oblivion. etc.

Final Fantasy victory music after winning hard things...

Locked my self out of my house and had no phone, no wallet and (obviously) no keys, so couldn't get girlfriends keys off of her cause couldn't drive, call her, or catch a bus.

Broke in to house... Da-Da-Da-Da, Daaa, Daaa, Da, Da-Daaaa.... Look around suspiciously... AGAIN!! Da-Da-Da-Da, Daaa, Daaa, Da, Da-Daaaa!!!

Get 2 High Distinctions in a semester in which I only did 3 subjects... Da-Da-Da-Da, Daaa, Daaa, Da, Da-Daaaa

etc.

I sometimes like to go "Hadouken!" or "Sonic Boom!" at my big brother, cause he dislikes Street Fighter and any game that involves magic, like Final Fantasy
