I thought Zero's theme was really cool.
It's the setup that sells it, really. Here you are, getting your ass kicked by some giant warmech that you can't hurt even slightly, and suddenly, here comes Zero, who blasts the hell out of that warmech with one shot. Too cool.

Blood Money may be my favorite game of the series, but number 2, in my opinion, has the best music.
