Thats not ironic thats only coincidental

The use of words expressing something other than their
literal intention. Now that IS irony!

I am personally offended by this.

Also, I believe beating someone to death with a medkit, dying in your living room and working with someone in order to kill them would all be ironic situations.

It's neither ironic nor coincidental. It's an opinion.

Anyway, I've seen way too many people say "Your stupid". I believe this qualifies more than enough for this thread.

Irony: "No, you're not funny. We're just laughing at you for reasons you couldn't possibly understand."

All I can think of is that in my old town there was an undertakers with a doctor's surgery next door and a life insurance company next door on the other side...

I'm sure Red vs. Blue fans will remember the irony debate, and specifically Caboose's apparently less-than-informed opinion that it would be ironic if the characters were all made of iron.

The irony is...he's right. That would be ironic.

Or a diabetic being run over and killed by an insulin truck?

A guy I know got drunk fell over in a bush and a sober guy urinated on him by mistake...both ironic and funny.

I was talking to a friend and i made the point that *something i forget* was really ignorant

and some random stranger walking past says "ignorant? yeah, 'cos we all know what that means!"

i only realised what she said after my friend had doubled over with laughter...
