It's just like the title says, "what is the greatest thing that one of your friends has introduced you to"?

It can, be anything at all, a film, show, games, band, hobby or just something random.

For me the greatest thing a friend as shown me was games, as in video games in general.
I was about 7 when he brought down his copy of super mario bros 3, during his first visit to my house. I hated it at first but the more I played the better I got and the more I enjoyed it.

So the question again what was the greatest thing a friend as introduced you to.

Well a friend made me watch the movie midnight run which now stands as one of my favourite movies of all time.

As for games there was resident evil 4 which actually the same friend let me borrow and while not being one of the best games I've ever played is still pretty damn good.
