I'd have to say Freddie vs. Jason. It was pretty pathetic (especially after I'd seen the first Nightmare on Elm Street...)

Pretty much all U.S. horror movies made past the first Friday the 13th because then they slowly turned into gore porn

EDIT: On another note the first Predator movie is pretty scary when you are 5. My dad is awesome cause he showed it to me.

it's undeniably a comedy. it has simon pegg in and it is part of a comedy trilogy(the third one isn't out yet and they aren't story related.)

Basically all of them except for a select few like Hard Candy.
Most modern horror movies suck.
The 60's and the 80's are my fav horror time periods.

Killer Clowns from Outer Space. To this day, I'm convinced that it was more parody than it was genuine horror, but many of my friends maintain otherwise. I guess them having crippling fear of clowns probably has something to do with it.
Man i got a crippling fear of clowns so yeah it's pretty scary for me.

Rosemary's Baby. For some odd reason that movie is always on the top 10 or 50 scariest movies of all time, yet i thought it was boring and utter crap!

I thought the Saw series was going to be scary when it started but damn was I wrong. Still good movies to take your girlfriend to though.
Drag Me To Hell should be pretty lame too when it comes out.
