Well... i have always had dogs, and all the females are called after female characters in anime (Naru, Sakura, Midori) and all the males are called after male protagonists of action movies (Rambo, Rambo II, Rambo III, Killer)

all my hamsters are called after anime male characters (Shinji, Keitaro) never really had female hamsters

and all my fish are called after someone (Bob, Chuy, Mau, Ana, Elena)

but i have never genuinelly found a name that i thought "DAMN!!! that´s the most awesome name for a pet i have ever heard!!!"

which one do you think would win the awesome award of awesomenes in awesome names??

I have a cat named Speedbump. Everybody seems to get a kick out of that. It's one of those warding things, I can't remember where I heard about it, but you pick a name invoking something bad in order to ward it off. Or something like that. Anyway, he's fifteen now, so it must have worked.

I usually pick literary names though. I have a friend who named his cat Chuck Noblet. I liked that quite a lot.

I know the perfect names!

First I have 4 cats named "Alien" "Aliens" "Alien 3" "Alien:Resurrection"

Then I have 2 dogs named "Predator" "Predator 2"

Then I force them to breed and I get "Disappointment" and "Needs to be put down and burned"

My pets have unintersting names. 2 dogs named Rosie and Sapphire, although Sapphire gets shortened to Sapphie, so much so that she does not even respond to Sapphire anymore.

i see that cats are more popular... how odd, i would have thought that the mans best friend would be a popular choice

mmm... no real awesome names among the mentioned, but i have to say that "speedbump" is up there between "fairly funny" and "somewhat awesome"

My cats were brother and sister from the same litter. When I got them as rescues from the RSPCA they were called.... Catman and Catwoman (/eyeroll). I renamed them Apollo and Artemis - siblings from Greek mythology (in fairness it got shortend to Pollo and Missy).

I miss them =(

My dog is named Ember (because she's orange), my cat is named *sigh* Tiger, and my Guinea Pig is named General Patton because we kept calling him a hamster, and General Patton and Guinea Pig start with the same letters.

If I got another pet it would be named Cthulu.

How the Hell did you manage to breed dogs and cats?

Actually, don't answer that.

OT: My goldfish was called goldeen.

Yeah...

Obviously i dont have a pet named like this, but personally i always find it funny to think of a dog named after a swear word, like Pri*k or T*at or something like that so when your in a park you shout something like "T*at get over here" or "Sit Pri*k"..

lol simple mind simple pleasures i guess :p

Yeah...
The real question is: How could AVP and AVPR be so awful?

They are just as much of a crime against nature as my genetic experiments! If not more so!

Well, I suppose you didn't video it and then try to sell it to people.

I hope, at least.

Those movies could have been awesome, I don't know how they managed to get it that wrong.

The first AVP had extremely big plot holes, bad actors, and a PG-13 rating. It was shit. But at least there was like... 1 decent battle? Or at least 1/2 decent battle?

AVPR on the other hand.... Oh god...
