64 Looks like its Terra from Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep
That's gotta be a keyblade and the only people that wear armor are Terra Ventus And Aqua. Or you could just say a keyblade master from Kingdom hearts I guess? Since A quick google search doesn't make it look like Ventus's or Terra's armor

Picture 8, is Shu from the Anime Guilty Crown. He has the power of the king and can draw out peoples hearts as objects. IE the weapons hes currently holding.

As someone who was actually at the con all weekend, I must you didn't take pictures of most of the good cosplayers, most of these ones actually look kind of crap...

otherwise some of those were very good! definitely don't have the patience some people have to make awesome costumes

Considering attendance estimates are over 100,000(even if it's turn-style that's impressive), is it that surprising that two people wouldn't see all the same cosplayers?

I'm surprised by the number of Avatar-related cosplay pics.

I tend to agree; with such a packed convention, I'd be surprised if I saw half of the cosplayers there during my four days. There were a few that I couldn't get shots of just because of how crowded the event was. Beyond that, I only took pictures of the costumes I enjoyed the most; what don't you like about these?

Actually the anime is called "Guilty Crown"
Guilty Gear is a fighting game.
