The Skyrim DLC you want to see

So it now official that the next Skyrim DLC will be The Sims: Skyrim Edition and while I don't mind so much and will likely buy it the moment it come out on Steam, I can't help feel alittle disappointing about it. I expect something to more action packed or new factions. So I got to wondering, what sort of DLC would you lot want to see come out?

For myself personally I want to see something to do with the Thalmor, they seem like an awesome faction to fight and to have them invade Skyrim in it's weaken state due to the civil war would be awesome. It would also be cool to see a real leader of the Thalmor than just the Ambassador and Justiciars.

But what about you lot? What would you want to see Bethesda make as official DLC?

The ability to actually design and shape your own armour, and maybe an 'army building' system where you get to go round and rally people to help you fight in big battles, or something.

I'd love to see TESV: Colossus, a DLC that takes you to Rimmen in Elsweyr. You could see the Akaviri that still live there, then travel into the Halls of Colossus where the Numidium was rebuilt.

Just about anything that engages with the lore would be nice. (wow the guy with a vivec icon carea about the lore so surprising)

Exploring the burnt out ruins of Morrowind and trying to stop a Argonian invasion of Skyrim helping out the Dunmer resistance would be aaaaawesome.

Something to do with the Dwemer (Dwarves). I love the fact that they're so mysterious. Give me one of those "elaborate underground cities where they researched powers to rival the gods themselves" that Calcemo keeps talking about and I'll be happy.

Anything better than Hearth Fire. I just... I don't even. You can already get a house in the game. Why would you want another one?

I'd like to see a new area added to the game, like maybe part of mainland Morrowind or High Rock.

Think of it as an addon, not an expansion. Sometimes, DLC just means map-pack or new feature. It's just new content, some new cool things you can do.

In terms of a new expansion, I would love to see more to do with the Psijic order and the Thalmor of course. Anything that would expand upon those two storylines would be awesome.

A heavily expanded Civil War questline, featuring full scale military battles and siege weapons. It would have to be free, or VERY cheap, but it would fill a huge hole in the game's atmosphere.

Hearthfire pretty much nails exactly what I was hoping to see in a Skyrim DLC. But I suppose even more house DLC can't hurt. Or like, big fortresses. The big castles you could get from Morrowind mods is exactly what I'd like to see.

I'd love to see a lot of things people have been mentioning (fighting the Thalmor, using the Morrowind and Cyrodil space etc.) and I'd also like to add that it would be nice to have DLC that settles the issue of the next High King/Queen of Skyrim. Don't they keep mentioning that they need to have a Moot (SP?) to pick one? I think that would tie into a Thalmor story line nicely since they want to keep Skyrim divided and weak.

Something that will take us out of Skyrim, a la Shivering Isles. Maybe have it take place in one or a couple of the provinces like Morrowind or Elswyr.

A big foreign city to explore, maybe on a diplomatic mission for the Stormcloaks/Legion, with a focus on roleplaying. Like Tribunal, my favorite expansion ever.

But, this is post-Morrowind Bethesda.

I have to say I don't want Skyrim DLC so much but rather Expansion Packs as we used to have. Huge content packs adding more gameworld. E.g Bloodmood, Tribunal, Shivering Isles
