Ok so I was one of the lucky folks to get my hands on SC2 at the Brisbane midnight launch and have been playing for a good 4 hours already. I just want to say, it was well worth the 10 year wait, the game is pristine and sucks you in from the get go. While playing I noticed a couple of Easter Eggs in the game and decided to get a post going for it, so we can help each other spot those cool little extras!

So far I've noticed 2:
A reference to the original SC with the "hold out for 20 minutes while the Zerg pound on you" mission.
Also in the Hyperion Cantina you'll notice there's hologram of a Night Elf Female doing her famous Azilee dance in the background.

That's all I've spotted for now, so lets get a list going! Now, I'm gonna get back to playing some more SC2!

I can't believe I missed this one:
The Jukebox in the Hyperion/Joey Ray's plays the same song that Sarge and Lester are listening to in the first SC. If you know who Sarge and Lester are you win a cookie. :p

I love that Cutscene.

This was my favorite from Starcraft.

Simply because they get OWNED. I made a map based on this for friends and I to play. You hold off and kill as many as possible (which the Zerg perish in one hit) but you die in a few hits. Last one left wins and there was a kill counter.

Haven't tried this myself, but apparently Diablo can be seen in "The Devil's Playground" at the right edge of the map.

The armory in game has a giant "Bay 12" sign. I believe that it's probably a reference to Alien, but with the chief engineer having a few quips about drinking and mining (and a stout appearance to boot), I like to think it is also a nod toward the site that hosts Dwarf Fortress. Entirely possible, there is an undeniable reference to it in WoW.

Update: found a screenshot of Diablo on the Devil's Playground map. Check it.

Murloc Marine on the Terrazine mission for Tosh, sort of West-South-West. Think you need a flyer to find it.

Another Murloc Marine near the reinforcement site on the secret mission "Piercing the Shroud" - go north outside the building and he's on a floating asteroid.

Tauren Marine which enters a flying porta-pottie which blasts off on the Mar Sara defence mission (Zero Hour?). It's located in the north central area, between the two northern zerg bases. From then on during the campaign, you can see the flying porta-pottie every now and again on a number of missions including (but not limited to) the last Xel'Naga artifact where you first attain the Battlecruiser and Nova's mission, as well as outside the viewport in the armory.

If you choose Nova's mission instead of Tosh's, after you finish the mission go to the armoury and click on the Ghost Rifle and wait. After a while (20-40 seconds maybe), Nova will decloak for a few seconds and then recloak. She won't reappear 'til you zoom out and then back in again.

There are metroids in certain levels
*snip*
That looks like a custom map, I think?

They also show up in the secret campaign mission "Piercing the Shroud" in some of the storage tanks, though I can't remember exactly where.

I'm happy to report that the "click 20 times on critter and then it blows up" from WC3 is in the game. ^^
It's still funny after 10 years.
