What is the weirdest thing that has ever happened to you in any game.

Mine was probably this one time when I was playing WindWaker and one of those bird things started flying into a mountain. And then another one. And another. It was... weird.

Crap, this should have been in Gaming discussion.

Playing Saints Row Two and my stupid ass was on a rampage with a tank armored thing when the world geography was getting pissed that I was driving in a circle so it decided to launch me sky high and then the sky box was also pissed for some reason and it hit be back down at the power of light speed and I was flung into a invisible box inside one of the pipe things in the manufacturing district. I had full gang notoriety along with all the cops on me so they stopped caring about me eventually and started killing each other which made a very funny scenario until my friend found me and blasted every thing with his attack helicopter.

Long story short?: Flying Deathclaw.

That, or the Jurassic Park time paradox.

One time a raider I shot with Ol' Painless flew into the air, as they tend to do, but instead of coming back down, his ragdoll stretched out and started whipping around in the air.
Not sure what happened, but it was pretty awesome.

Honestly, Bethesda games have the best physics glitches. I do hope Skyrim gets a better engine for all that, but something will be lost.

The Deathclaw never came down. I named him Lobo the wonder Deathclaw.

One time I pissed off a deathclaw in Fallout 3 but it got stuck behind a one foot wall. It got so pissed at me laughing that it jumped 5000 feet into the sky and landed on the other side.

My hardened wasteland survivor who had destroyed countless mutants and bandits apparently died of a sudden heart attack.
Gotta love the newer Fallout games. The only instance I've ever been crushed to death by the sky.

In Mass Effect, Shepard just suddenly fell to the ground and his body stayed where it was as his face slowly stretched itself out. He looked like nothing was up and was blinking and looking around. I didn't even care that I was on Insanity, I was laughing so hard.

Also, in Fallout 3 a Deathclaw launched into the air and landed next to me a couple DAYS later. That really suprised me.

A random NPC showed up in Minecraft. No name and I was the only one of the server.
Are trying to say that you saw Herobrine? Did this npc look like the default skin with whited out eyes?

i can't remember something specific but i am sure it involves doggy AI and a over eager physics engine.

I was playing KH2 as soon as it came out. Seeing as I love the KH story more than pretty much any other video game story, I was playing on beginner mode just to get through it. However, there was a huge flaw in the story that made me miss almost half the game. There's a cutscene about halfway through the game that tells you to go to a certain world (Twilight Town), and when you get there the heartless/nobodies are supposed to be so hard to turn tail and go to the other world (the only one you haven't been to) to level up. Well on beginner such challenge did not exist. I continued straight into the end portion of the game, and it wasn't until the VERY end where I got a warning that this was the last save point before the end of the game that I realized that I hadn't even been to the one world at all. The characters kept saying stuff like "oh this is it! This is the finale!" and I totally shrugged it off, thinking at some point I'll have to go back out. It was interesting to play the 2nd half of the game.... after I was supposed to.

{Spoiler Alert!}
Though everyone should have finished the 6yr old game by now, it's just a precaution. I finished the Pridelands (last world that I completely missed) and turned right around and when back for the second time. So it litterally went like "Oh Scar's dead! Simba is the new king!" (left and came back) "Simba we have to protect the pridelands! For our baby!" O.O my very serious reaction was "Damn Simba, you got busy!"

I had that happen to me once. I then tried to kill it with TNT. I killed the server for around 2 months.
