Well it seems to be official now, the website is totally fake originally it was playing the Rick Astley song but now it's a tunnel snakes rule song. Well I'm gonna go cry for a little bit.

Welp, I will commend them that the con was probably the best trolling I've seen all year. XD
No, I'm not in denial and I'm definitely not crying on the inside right now. *tear falls down face*
Still, great job person, great job.

Huh, guess I can cry myself to sleep tonight. It was one of those situations that deep down I knew it was fake. I just couldn't come to terms with it.

I may hate that person right now, but damn did he do an amazing job at trolling alot of people. Kudos you evil bastard.

You know. I'm not as disappointed as I thought I would be. I mean I was REALLY excited about this, but for some reason I feel... not disappointed. Right now I feel like, even though I didn't actually do anything to solve the puzzles, I was a part of this ARG, and this ARG is going to go down in internet history as one of the biggest trolls of all time. So, I'm sad there's no Fallout 4 announcement, but I'm also happy that I got to be a part of one of, if not the biggest troll in internet history. So, for thesurvivor2299.com, all there is left to say is this.

"I want you to know that I am both happy and sad and I'm still trying to figure out how that could be.?

This just in, people on the internet are gullible, people have too much time on their hands and some people just really need to get a life.

I don't feel trolled, annoyed or anything other than confused by how so many people got wrapped-up by it.
This just in, people on the internet are way to damn cynical and some people ironically go on internet forums to tell people to get a life!

I don't feel offended, annoyed or anything other than ammused by how many people get wrapped up by negativity.

People got wrapped up in it because a lot of people liked the latest two fallout's and this looked like it was a teaser for the next game, and with the hidden messages most people assumed that no troll would go through all the effort to do this.

Obviously they were wrong but still some people were really excited and it's understandable

Not going to lie I rode the hype train all the way down to pathetic station and then some. Just for once I wanted to believe, I guess I was getting soft. I would like to thank the guy who made the site to help restore faith in the internet back to its usual levels.

It was a lie too good to be true and we ate it up like peasants eating cake.

Well, that was a thing. Though it prompts the question, why? Why would someone go through that much effort to troll people? Why do they have the appropriate conditions to troll in the first place? I think it might have something to do with secrecy being the norm in the game industry. Trolls are able to get away with imitating game companies because the game industry emulates trolls, with the constant teasing and all.

I won't lie that I was pretty excited but I really do have to admire how much work this guy did just to create a hoax of that level. The Morse Code was honestly what sold me on that site to begin with since I didn't think someone would go through that amount of effort to create a hoax.

So, kudos to him.

Blech, whatever.
What compels someone to waste so much time and effort into something like this?

Honestly I'm surprised it got this far. It seemed pretty fake to me, in general countdowns are poor ARGs.

Well if tears are actually rolling down your face, you're not crying on the inside.

OT: I'm kinda impressed by how far they took the prank, to be honest, and not that sad or disappointed since I saw that news topic about how Beth said it wasn't from them. Still, I'd be lying if I said I didn't want Fallout 4.
