The truth must not be silenced, the world must know! (Dark Dungeons is being made into a movie)

So, fun story from today. I was in class looking up information on the Ouya for a project, so I was browsing Kickstarter and writing it off as "work". When I get to the front page though, I noticed one of the more recent projects was for a movie based off the Jack Chick tract "Dark Dungeons", an anti-RPG comic which depicts DnD players as satanic witches.

When I saw the project actually had a few backers, I was quite honestly surprised. I didn't know there were still people who took Jack Chick seriously. But after I watched the video accompanying the page, I'm convinced JR Ralls is a genius who deserves every dollar he gets. I am now thoroughly convinced that we need a modern update to the 1984 classic masterpiece known as "Dark Dungeons".

Wait, you mean that some D&D groups teach you enchantment spells? Boy, I have been going with the wrong people for decades then. It's a fun read, and I have to agree with the comic, AD&D and the first editions are pretty lousy manuals by today RPG standards.
