This is a thread for things that just . . . are outright impossible.

I suppose I'll give an example. There's a girl in my homeroom who's two favorite bands are Justin Bieber and Nirvana. JUSTIN BIEBER and NIRVANA, for chrissake! Two artists have never had LESS in common than Justin Bieber and Nirvana. It's like, WHAT?!

Things that confuse me...Actually, that confused me a lot.

I don't understand people's obsession with Nirvana. Yes, they made good music, but that was about it, nothing all that great. Did they revolutionize music? Hell no, they weren't even close to the best grunge band. I didn't understand their success when they were hugely popular in the early 90s and I certainly don't understand them now.

Also, I really don't understand why people do not put more of a focus on learning new things. So many people have such an aversion to gaining knowledge and they end up going through life with little understanding of the world around them. It just makes no sense to me. I'm not saying that I am brilliant or anything, but so many people are just stupid and that's just fine with them.

Don't know about that, I reckon boys are very confusing too. But what confuses me most is that people read War and Peace for fun. I can understand if you want to read the Bible from cover to cover, or the dictionary. But War and Peace? Seriously? Maybe I am just not intellectual enough.
