I think it's pretty funny what you can get away with when you're hilarious about it. Its also ironic, considering saying the same types of things can get you banned in here XD. Well, by the time you get to comments like that in the video, it is abundantly clear that he is just joking about the majority of the things he says. Whereas, on here, the most we can do to indicate a joke or sarcasm is to say that it's a joke or sarcasm, which tends to make it less funny and make people look deeper than skin deep at what we've said.

The point is that people don't really get offended by him and there are several reasons for that.

He's funny enough that you forgive him.
The jokes fly by so fast you hardly have time to get mad.
His attitude is very tongue-in-cheek.
He insults everyone, even himself.
A lot of times he goes so far over the line, the viewer is too shocked to be offended.
