Well we at Austrila welcome you....

Okay seriously Australia isn't anything like what people imagined, we don't all sit on our verandas sipping VB and wrestling crocodiles whilest cursing the 'pommy bastards' in fact society wise, like in the city... there is almost no difference. I would recommend the Northen territory.
I would also like to tell you to avoid Perth (my hometown) as there is nothing of any interest there.... however I can't because that would be a lie. to distract from the lack of astounding features Perth city has the largest popultion of really, really beautiful girls.

Austrila?

Is that some province in Narnia?
If so I reccomend visiting the town of Ward Robe.

On Topic:
Most of the country.
The bits of wilderness with no civilisation. Oh wait, I said that already! har har har
And yes, yes it will.

Just don't get eaten by the animals / people and you'll be fine.

Thanks Kermi, you've kept my faith in the Aussies. Do you ride to work on kangaroos by the way?

Yeah I'm pretty sure.

Australia is alright I guess. I would go to Melbourne. I find it the best city in Australia. Def. the most cultural, alive, busy, entertainment, you know.

I'm Australian and hate Vegemite. It is poo. But not toooo shabby with cheese. We don't have kangaroos as pets though we do get the pretty birds in the backyard. The ocean won't kill you. But we do like BBQs. VB is mostly drunk in Victoria, where Melbourne is, and Bundaburg Rum is drunk in Queensland. To me, North Queensland is dull. Ummmm....it does get hot in the summer. Eat the seafood if you like it. And that's all I can think of at the moment.

Sydney and Melbourne are nice, maybe a look inland at the desert towns, and some of our small communities could be good. There's a lot of nice, quiet little towns that don't have as much as bigger cities but are still really scenic. Even in the cities you can find some views that will make your jaw drop, it can be really beautiful, though I'd recommend coming in Summer, it's nicer/warmer.
And the food is excellent, almost everywhere, I have been to heaps of places and only had bad meals at fast food places.
Avoid Cairns. It's a hellhole (no offense), the few times I've been there have left me feeling...dirty.

Other than that just come with an open mind. People think we are all kangaroo riding idiots, for some reason, when the only difference from other cities is that it is sometimes a bit warmer and the accents are different.

Are you kidding? Not since they raised the bouncing tariff, and you go through nine kangaroos per litre of diesel. No, we've taken advantage of the flourishing emu market.

Yeah well sucks to be you, I ride THIS monster to work everyday:

I tell you everyone should ride these, the price for fuel on extinct giant goannas is so low.

Go to melbourne.
Then try to figure out AFL. I dare you.
OH GOD, don't get me started on AFL. Being from Sydney, I never have understood that game. But yeah, Australia is ok I suppose.

Not really a lot of interesting stuff (there may well be, I just think not because I've always lived here), but have a visit anyway.

Depends what you're into and where you're from. Personally I've never found anything very interesting here in Australia. I guess it's just a place to come and relax.
If you find drinking heavily and dancing to hardstyle relaxing, any major city will meet your needs. :)
Although since I once lived there, I'm obligated to tell you to visit Mount Isa.

Don't come to Aus, it's a horrible place, almost all of our native animals can kill you, it's either really hot or really cold and there's nothing to do......

Just kidding, come to Australia, it's not that bad of a place. You stay in a major city and you'll find lots to do. Stay away from Dalby and Nimbin, that's about all.

Well, the only animal that may not kill you is the sheep.

Everything else is a deadly, vicious monster read to kill ya!!

...At least that's my impression. And I'm not hundred percent sure about the sheep.

Don't go, you will surely be attacked by giant spiders or boxing cangaroos, and if that doesn't kill ya then the dropbears will.
