I'd say that anyone that legitimately thought the people that made that news segment should be shot are far worse than the people that made the report. That's fucking ridiculous, dude, hyperbole or not.
It's just silly, uninformed people "informing" other uninformed people with uninformed news.

Nothing whatsoever. Modern pedophiles (as opposed to, say, ancient Greek pedophiles, better known as 'ancient Greeks') do not, generally speaking, use imagery that is labeled in such a way as to reveal their proclivities.
To put this into perspective;
It would be pretty much exactly the same as if communist sympathizers in America at the height of McCarthyism all decorated their clothing with pins of 'Commie Koala', a grinning Koala with a huge hammer and sickle in his hands.
The only thing it would do would be to let their own hunters know exactly who they should be looking for.
I remember this newscast, it was resoundingly mocked on the internet and then immediately forgotten as YET ANOTHER time the televised news media attempted to garner a tiny scrap of viewership with a LOUD (sensationalist) FEVERISH REPORT ON (a very slow news day) YOUR CHILDREN AT RISK.
