Now we have all had threads of worst character our favorite character best main characters but now, who was your favorite supporting character in a video game? maybe even a movie or Tv show to make this last longer.
Mine would need to be Yangus from Dragon Quest 8 for PS2 still one of the best RPGs i have played with the best characters Yangus being the funniest and most likely the best played thief i have seen yet.

It made my Infinite Launcher and Chicago Typewriter runs actually fun because whenever I got bored, I would just shoot her for a few minutes/hours.

Serious support? None. They're always stealing my kills or walking in my line of fire.

that was by far the funnest times i have ever had in RE4 myself, blasted Ashley in the frigging head with an infinite amount of bullets, and to watch Leon trying to catch every type and nearly break his back in the making. Also the the most annoying because the noise she makes when she walks.

AWWW YEEEAH. Totally agree mate. Just stand back and let him do the work; what a nice break.

Also, even though he's a horse, I'm going to go with Agro from Shadow of the Colossus. Not only did he always get back up when turtles were shooting lazers at you; but he was damn FAST. And still to date the best horse animation I've ever seen (better than Assassin's Creed.)

Fuck.. I love that horse.

I have a few others. Charon in Fallout 3 stands out for me. He's just awesome.

Agreed. Agro was awesome, even though he did have a tendency to take his sweet fucking time coming back to you when you called him.

Yeah, they did. But I found Agro to be more realistic in his movements, and less stiff. Not to mention, when those horses gallop, their gate is shorter but they bounce more, so Altair's bumping a foot higher in the air. :] I used to ride, so I have something to compare them to, and I just found Agro more believable.

Halo 2 maybe but Halo 3. What is even the point of including her in the game if she was just going to be in one level.

For me it has got be Alyx from Half life 2. she provided a lot of jokes in episode 1.

to be honest, i used him the first time and i didn't do to bad, but then after playing the second time without playing with i did a lot better using other characters in his place.
