So I have a story to tell you about Minecraft. Its a bit wordy but here it is: (TLDR: Just go to the bottom for the forum question)

I had an odd experience this weekend.
You know, things havent been the best for me lately, stressful times and issues.
But I digress, I was playing minecraft this weekend when something that never
occured before happened right before my eyes. I was busying away in broad daylight
building a new castle design I had thought up. When an Enderman suddenly appeared.
I stopped; its hardcore mode and I just finished fighting off zombies. I took out
my sword and waited. He teleported away from me, which had startled me a lot.
I avoiding putting my eyes to him. He has teleported about 12 spaces away and
then... He walked towards me. He walked and I was with my sword waiting.
He walked closer and closer never opening his mouth. He was finally 2 blocks away
and stoped, staring not moving an inch. Finally I walked towards him, one block
away. Then... He teleported. I saw his stream move behind me and I prepared for
the worst but... He was gone. That was the last I ever saw of him. It gave me an
idea. Maybe there was some good in the Enderman. Regardless of his code.
A simple, yet odd experience.

So my question to all of the Gamers out there is: Have you ever had an experience that changed something about your game to you? Or maybe something just plain strange?

Batman Forever on PS1. In to player mode (me and my friend are both Batman) we reach the end level Boss of the nightclub level and i manage to one hit kill the dude.

I'll set the scene. We just left the nightclub by the fire escape at the back and a big brute of a thug appears. I pick up a throwable square cube almost the same hight as Batman and throw it, the cube goes high inot the air and out the top screen. Because the block missed i jumped and went to kick the guy in the face. As my foot makes contact the block falls back down and hits the guys face at the same place i'm currently fly kicking at the same time. The result? a cool as Glitch where the guy grunts like he's taking damage rapidly and just dies. Level Complete

Seriously? Wow, that is just all kinds of glitchy awesomeness!

I was playing Zapper: One Wicked Cricket the other day, and I accidentally hopped off a cliff in Spook Ville. However, instead of Zapper falling off the cliff, he just stuck to the wall and stood there, like he was Spiderman! I even took a screenshot. I have it somewhere... Augh!

I remember years ago playing Buzz Lightyear of Star Command. I was on Level 4: Karn 1 and I think I tried to jump over this one diagonal tree. I got stuck between the tree trunk and the raised ground, and then proceeded to fall into a world of solid green. Then, I died. I've gotten weird deaths like that, before, but that is one that has always stood out to me.

And... Ugh... Then there's the jeep glitch I found in Halo: Reach. I was driving around in a jeep (or whatever they called it) and, without being hit by anything, I was suddenly flung right out of the jeep. Shocked and confused, I looked around, trying to figure out just what the heck happened, when I noticed the jeep a few yards away. So, I start heading for the jeep, when... I was suddenly teleported a few years away from the jeep, facing away from it. I turned around and started heading for it again. But, the same thing happened. This went on for about a dozen more times. It was horrible and completely inexcusable! I had to travel all the way to the other end up the map's driving sequence on foot!

I was playing Dark Souls, fighting Gwyn (last boss) and getting my ass handed to me.
After getting stunlocked with a three-hit combo, I inadvetantly placed my controller on my leg violently, causing the L2 button to be pressed, activating a parry just as Gwyn swung at me, parrying him, opening up a riposte, finishing the fight.
My exasperation literally saved my ass.

I ran Shadowmere off of a cliff near Whiterun (I'd just come from Riverwood), and the fall killed him.

I was right next to the river so I decided to blast some fire spells at his body to push him into the river (it didn't look quite as dignified as I would have hoped), and away he floated.

Some time later in the game (like, another 30 hours of game time) I pass near the river and was quite disappointed to see that it looked like his body had gotten caught and hadn't gone very far down-river. As I got closer though, I realised he was fucking standing up with the top half of his body above the water.

Cue me sprinting and Dragon Shouting my way over to him. No doubt the river had been given healing properties and resurrected him, making the evilest horse in Tamriel a somewhat Christ-like figure.

Turns out he comes to life again after 20 days if he dies, but I didn't bother checking for quite some time, so convinced was I that it was The Miracle of That River Just South of Whiterun but Before the Cliff Leading up to Riverwood, Just Five Minutes From The Brewery.

While playing UMK3 for Sega Genesis, I came up to the battle with Jade on arcade mode. Up to this point, I was able to beat everyone with a bit of trouble as Sub-Zero (haven't played old MK games in a LONG time). Jade was just pure kill-crazy, not even letting me a hit in edge-wise before essentially stunlocking me to my doom (using her glowy move to stop me from freezing her, the cheap whore). After the first time I got bumraped, I took a mulligan and tried again. Again, she made me her *****. After having my arsehole widened tremendously, the Genesis was feeling bad and decided to get me out of there. It promptly unleashed the BSoD.
Somehow, I blue screened a Sega Genesis.

This one match of UMVC3 was pretty strange. This guy was running an Iron Man, Cap, Hawkeye team he absolutely destroyed my first two characters with very little damage done to his Iron Man.

I was ready to accept the loss until he decided to press the taunt button before my Vergil comes in. Oh it's on now. Cue epic comeback where you get the random ability to predict and counter everything your opponent does without even thinking. Click the taunt button back on the win screen (are you even trying? *hair flip*), end the game without offering a rematch, leave him feeling epic amounts of salt.

Rage is a hell of a buff it seems...

I'm quoting you since I hope that you see this.

I played Minecraft once with the spectacular seed "gimmeabreak" and I spawned right next to a village. I played on that game for several hours, and something strange happened.

One night (in game) I was running outside of the village slaying some mobs, collecting XP and loot and when I decided that it was enough for that night, I ran back to town. I ran towards my house, and started go around it so I could get to the door. I came to frontside of the house and right in front of the door stood a Enderman. I stared him dead in the eyes, I was ready to fight him with my steel sword.
He turned his head around and walked out of my way. Didn't attack me or scream, just let me into my house. I ran into my house, closed the door, and fell asleep. Next day, I walked outside and started to harvest my different crops. When I was done, I looked briefly at the village and saw something strange. I saw the same Enderman that I had seen during the night. I decided to ignore him, as a sign of gratitude of what he didn't do. When I had harvested everything, I headed back to town and noticed some changes to the road. It was a gravel road, though it wasn't that smooth since certain parts were higher than others (I had thoughts of making it smoother, but I always forgot to actually do it). But now, it was smoother. I looked around and saw some testificates, and finally saw the enderman standing in the middle of the road. I looked deep into his eyes. He was holding a gravel block.
He turned his head around, and started to walk out of my way. I walked back home, dumped the stuff I didn't needed, and was puzzled by what just happened.
Even to this day, he hasn't teleported away, he stays at the village, and keeps moving blocks so the terrain gets smoother and easier to travel on.
Imma call him Amazing.
