TNA iMPACT! - anyone else looking forward to it?

im guessing this will earn me some abuse but, meh

is anyone else looking forward to tna's first video game? i've been a fan of WWE for a while now and i think its time for a change and tna could be it

Well, If it's anything like the old THQ N64 WCW games from like 7-8 years ago...(which I hear they may be)..I'm totally in.

The sole reason I still have my N64 is for those THQ wrestling games.

I'm hoping it plays as good as it looks as over the past few years that has been a failing of the wrestling games.

Disappointed you can't play as any of the TNA Knockouts though. Some of them can actually wrestle.

One can only hope that maybe there are some unlockable characters not announced, or perhaps some future DLC? Say, a 'Knockout pack'?

I suppose if the game does well enough, you can expect to see knockouts in a sequel.

I for one am bummed that Awesome Kong is not in it. I'd love to take Awesome Kong into the mens ranks and do a career for the title. Kong vs Joe? Kong vs Abyss? Anyone?

im looking forward to it with a slight hint of trepidation since midway have a habit of adding dumb combo moves into there games that ruin any immersion i had upto that point, i like the fact that theyve managed to keeep the roster pretty much upto date though coz thats something thq are always messing up on(though alot of that could be wwe's fault)i'll look forward to the content downloads though especially if they add the knockouts and maybe an international stars pack.

It looks clunky, the season mode looks like the demented scribblings of a 4 year old after he ate a jar of raw coffee, and the create-a-wrestler has less options than a Welsh Fish-n-chip shop.
