I heard that the hair could use less focus. Anyone else agree? I don't want to do this unless I get more feedback. Thanks.

Well I'm no artist, but that's a damn good picture! Really like the black and white aspect of it, but I really can't critique it because I'm not really that great with drawing and what not.

Best picture I've ever drawn of is Bender. I colored it. Then I put it on my wall.

He has no hair so I don't know if I should focus it or not :p

If you want advice on artwork, we have a whole thread here on The Escapist dedicated to that, right here. [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/forums/jump/18.72805]

Really, that picture is very, very good.
But, I sort of think the hair can use more detail, instead. Also his nostril looks a bit too large and dark. Other than that, it's fucking beautiful.

I thought the same thing with the nostrils, but I triple checked and they're really that big. I guess it is the angle the picture is at, because Orlando Bloom doesn't have that big of a nose.

I am not an artist but I think it's good though you should probably have a dinosaur fighting an octopus in the background.

The light makes the picture look almost photoshoped. You should have higlights on the tip of the nose and chin. Also some "darker" shadows on her face to give the impression of facial features.

However, I haven't seen the movie, so the lighting may be like that.

Either way; Nice job!

Wow, that looks real, like an old slide from a classic film. You have alot of talent, my advice though...there's a bit too much shadow on Orlando Blooms face, when compared to the woman in the shot, it's like two different things, but it doesn't look bad.

i think the lighting on the girl is a bit wrong
based on her angle and the light source, she should be encroached in shadows
He's right there, but I can see why you've missed it out becauce you've concentrated on the transparency of the hood, which has been done very well. It does like slightly acrylic though, so some very light cross hatching with a very fine pencil would highlight that it's actually a fabric.

You could also do with some detailing on the man's forehead, especially his brows(I haven't seen the movie so I don't know his name). The lighting's spot on but it looks rather flat.

Other than that, it's very well done, excellent work. You should be proud.

I used a source, and the source didn't have any shadows covering her face. The cross hatching is a great idea though, thanks!
