Top-Selling Game(s) This Christmas Season

Hey I'm starting this thread to find out everyones thoughts on the games that are coming out this holiday season.

My personal picks are:

1. CoD MW2 (360 mainly)
2. Assassin's Creed 2 (probably close between PS3 and 360)
3. New Super Mario Brothers (just to have a wii game up here)


So tell me your thoughts on this topic!!

I say MW2 on PS3 and 360, maybe PC, if the stock in my local store is anything to go by.
Assassin's Creed 2 will be high, along with L4D2 and Dragon Age: Origins will be high up the list.

But ultimately, I think it'll be AC2.

Mass Effect 2 Pre-orders (A man can hope )

Knowing Valve they will do something with L4D2, maybe throw in something like half life 2 if you get it on a holiday sale so I suspect they will hit steam with some sort of deal for that, otherwise indeed MW2 and AC2.

Assasins Creed 2 is going to be a top seller and if you value my opinion I really don't know why I mean yes the first game was good but I just don't see how there giving an ASSASSIN a gun. I mean i know the whole realism that everyone would be alerted but still just dont use the gun.

Left 4 Dead 2 the thing with Left 4 Dead 2 is there really shouldn't of been a second game they should of just realeased more DLC;s I do understand that this also would mean there's no new zombie or characters but I ask you. Do you really care who's running around next you?

MW2, even if it will be pretty overrated and people will get bored of it within a month or two. Just like WaW.

L4D2 is the exact definition of a sequel. By your logic ACII should just be DLC.

See now I highly disagree with you Assasins Creed needed to be done because the story ended and if you think my logic is off because of this I assume you have never played Assasins Creeds and with the same logic Left 4 Dead could have continued releasing DLC's the only difference in the new games would be newer graphics characters and new zombie. No different story plot.

Plus I said in my opinion. I think I am entitled to my opinon.

Is English not your first language? Also, I'd assume YOU'VE never played Assassin's Creed, because if you had you'd know the story didn't end.

MW2 it has already sold 4.7million copies in UK alone.

Obviously Modern Warfare 2. It's already the best selling game of all time. I also think that Assassin's Creed II, Mass Effect 2, and Left 4 Dead 2 will sell very well.

There is absolutely no way that any game this season will sell more than MW2.
