Hello and a happy 2017 everyone!

I'm on the fence about buying 'Total War: Warhammer' and wanted to ask you guys if you could tell me, which of the various DLC is playable in single player/the campaign.

I'm not playing online, so I'd just like to get the packs that can be used in the campaign, not exclusively in multiplayer matches.

All DLCs released thus far add single player content.

I'm 99% sure that at the time of this posting all dlc is for singleplayer and the Grand Campaign as well as for use in multiplayer. The Wood Elves and Beastmen add each add a new faction to the grand campaign as well as a mini campaign each. And the others add new heroes and generals for the already existing armies.

I hope that helps.

PS. As a follower of the series since Medieval 2, I am not aware of any multiplayer only dlc for Total War.

Cool, thank you for clearing this up! I'll get myself the two bigger addons, then.

Yep even if you did not purchase the DLC you still see the DLC content in the Grand Campaigns with the already establisehd factions.

Like if you play Empire you'll still see Wood Elves, Beastmen, and the extra units for established factions.

And even than I still recommend you getting the DLC you care about first.

Like do you care about playing Beastmen? Or Wood Elves? Are they a faction that interest you?

Do you care about the Empire, Vampire Counts, Greenskins, and Dwarfs enough that you would be the Lord/Unit Pack for the faction of your chocie?
