Wow...that's really um...a...change for Brother's in Arms isn't it...

reminds me a little of Tarantino's version of Inglorious Bastards

Wasn't Tarantino's the only version?

OT: I laughed so much when I watched this get announced.

Something along the lines of, "I don't even...".

And once more, Ubisoft proves that they are great at screwing up fantastic franchises. Exhibit A being Call of Juarez and now this. Hell's Highway was great and it basically left us hanging with an open ending, hinting at the action of the next game taking place in the Ardennes ... and NOW THIS!

Borderlands meets Inglorious Basterdz? ...I think they missed the mark on this one, it's not in "so bad it's cool" category, nor is it in the Tarantino level of cool. It almost made me feel sorry for Nazis in that bar...almost.

I can only imagine what Gearbox was thinking when making this trailer; Everyone is so gonna love this, because it's like Inglorious Bastards.

This trailer's basically still got the milk moustache from sucking on Inglorious' teat.

The original was made in 1978, although the Tarantino version took quite a few liberties, I think his version is better. And yes, it is pure cheese and is pretty bad

Someone made a post about this trailer the other day, and I post in that one. To sum it up:

Gearbox, you have failed me and the other fans of Baker and his squad. We were promised snow and more believable characters, not these cliche-driven..."people".

Wait.....WAIT....ok,just...yeah...What?

Brothers in Arms,as in the games with squad and cover based shooting. The same series of games in which you couldn't put your head out of cover for more than 5 seconds before being blown off?

What has Ubisoft done to you?

Does this also mean I won't be able to berate my bazooka squad and flood them with "shoot that tank" orders while cursing nonstop at them because they're not doing it fast enough, again?

That has got to be the worst joke from Gearbox.
If they're serious, then I've lost faith in them.

Nothing special here. Just some people who've played too much Duke Nukem. (You can actually hear him halfway).

Guess they just needed to get the surplus machismo out of their systems before moving on to something serious.

I think it looks fun.

I've never played a brothers in arms game before, but its obvious from peoples reactions that this is rather different. God forbid they change things up once in a while. I wouldn't take this as some kind of sign that you wont get another serious Brothers in Arms game. Perhaps they just got tired of making serious WW2 shooter games. Like everyone else did about 10 years ago.
