I can't wait for Kingdom Hearts III. I and II were awesome and I especially loved the combat in II. With Disney now owning Marvel and Lucasfilm Sora should get a lightsaber keyblade and Iron Man's MK 42 armor. Donald should get the ability to Hulk out when he gets angry and Goofy should get Captain America's shield.
This was pretty much the best reveal for me this E3. Been waiting so long for this damn game but I didn't expect it at all when I was watching the stream yesterday. Thought it was just the HD remix right before I started freaking out, made me pretty happy.

Once the Disney logo popped up during the segment featuring SquareEnix, I just started uncontrollably squealing. I saw the "leaked" image of the logo and just assumed they were fake, I love being wrong sometimes.

Master Eraqus. It was then passed on to Aqua after he "died", and the Final Mix secret ending shows that she held on to it when she got trapped in the Realm of Darkness, even after her own Keyblade was lost.
That one scene where Sora finds it has got me more excited than anything else in the trailer. The tide's about to come back in, baby!
I concur. That sequence was pure win.
Finally. So damn excited! YES!!! It's the same feeling as when they announced KH2! Here's hoping it ties the whole confusing story up nicely. Needed to make a chart to figure it all out as it is.

While the little "gameplay" section looks really slick and nice, I pretty much expect it to not turn out like that whatsoever. If it visually looks like that though, I'll be impressed. Don't like the style of Sora picking up the keyblade though, feels like some detail is lost, and actually preferred the gameplay style graphics instead. While it says "in development", I honestly don't expect any, if much progress at all till say mid 2015 or something. I'm sure some story stuff is done as well as some basic ideas, but this trailer was more about showing off. Its nothing new for square. They take little ideas of games written down on sticky notes and make trailers (usually CGI) about them before actually working on it. At least, that's the idea I've come up with.

That being said, I almost squealed like a little girl, and my heart was pumping so god damn fast! I thought it was just going to be about 1.5 HD Remix, not actually KH3. It feels SOOO nice to actually type "KH3" knowing that it exists in some fashion or another. And Sora was riding a wave of Heartless! And there was a crapton! And I loved how they looked! And ajrjklnagh *Insert Fangasm noises here*!!! It's finally coming! After almost 6 years we finally have something about KH3! Having FF XV showing off right before that was the perfect two punch combo. Kingdom Hearts 3...ITS NO LONGER A FANTASY!!!

Considering Haley has voiced Sora, even in the newest Kingdom Hearts game that came out last year, I'm sure they'll keep him around. Heck, the line itself was from an earlier game (Birth By Sleep specifically), so don't worry! =)Tautology said:

The gameplay segment wasn't real gameplay. Goofy and Donald were nowhere to be seen despite having meters on the HUD, and there was no targeting reticle on the Heartless wave. 'Sjust a mock-up of what the gameplay might look like.
Nomura's said he has some plot drawn up for the next saga, so it wouldn't surprise me at all if he's had the plot for III ready to go for a while now.

KHIII is being dev'd by the Osaka team (Birth by Sleep, Dream Drop Distance). While this will obviously be a much bigger title, Osaka knows how to hustle. They did 3D in about a year, and despite how fleshed out it was, still considered it rushed.Xathos said:

I won't squee until I know for a fact the bullshit Pokemon thing is over and Donald and Goofy are party members once more. Call me stubborn but I like Sora, Donald AND Goofy in my Kingdom Hearts. In that order too.

I am planning to get a PS4 down the line so I guess I will get this game at some point, I'm not the biggest Kindom Hearts fan, but I do enjoy them.
