I think something all of us can agree on is that whoever leaked the video is a hero.

I'd heard that it was a lawyer who though the video was exculpatory. Which would be quite remarkable.

After seeing the Unite the Right people use racial slurs in court because they thought it would help their defense... I would believe they thought this was true
