This is the trippiest tune I've heard as of late.

for me, anything from The Glitch Mob, mainly We can make the world stop, Dream within a Dream or Animus Vox.

(P.S. for me, the tune in OP is not so much trippy as just a random anti-musical noise)

Trippy? Well, as MidnightSt said, that depends on what you would count as trippy... I'd simply identify that as a convenient shorthand for "fucked up". And I've got a whole lot of those
