Trouble with Battle.net and WoW authenticator

So, I'm in a little bit of a bind. I tried to log onto my WoW account via the battle.net website. I know all my log in info, along with having my still functioning authenticator. Every time I put the code for my authenticator in I get an error saying it's invalid. To deactivate the authenticator I have to send them a picture of my photo ID. The only problem is I don't have my ID in my maiden name anymore... So I'm kind of stuck in a hard place. Anyone have this issue before? I've already reset my password once, and have looked around for somewhere I can get support for my issue.

Some more info: I haven't logged on for three years, basically right after Cataclysm came out. I deactivated my account but it's still bound to my email. No one has been playing my account either because I looked up all my old toons, and they are still where I left them.

Huh? My wife got her authenticator taken off about a month ago just by calling customer support. Took all of 10 minutes and no photo ID required.

Try explaining the issue and asking whether there is any other way to confirm your identity. (You can try sending the new ID too and explaining the name change)
