Trying to sell a few comics, but need help/advice

Hey Escapists! So I'm a bit short of cash at the moment (aren't we all?) and I had an ingenious idea to sell a few comic books that are cluttering up couple of drawers. But I've run into a bit of a problem in that I know absolutely fuck all about comics.
That's where you guys come in... So Escapists, how much are these worth and how does one go about selling the infernal things?

EDIT: Forgot to say what I'm actually wanting to sell. It's V for Vendetta, Issues 1 though 10 (all of them). All of them are in 100% mint condition, sealed in plastic.

It would be reasonable to expect somewhere between $20 and $30 at the least in the current market. You could definitely get more and you would be wise to ask more for them. If they are as mint as you say, $85 is about the most you should expect. Different people and groups grade and value comics differently so these shouldn't be taken as concrete prices but as rough estimates. As a point of reference, I payed about $32 in total for my copies of V for Vendetta about 7 years ago.

As for selling them, go to your local comic book shop and see if they buy. You could try a comic convention. Finally, there is the internet, some comic forums have sections where people buy/sell/trade, and there's Ebay. Regardless of where you sell, you will most likely get less than what you want.
