First, and foremost, (and also, anyone who disagrees belongs in the most secure mental facility in the world because they're clearly insane) we need more Firefly. Best possible situation, they forget the movie happened at all, but I guess if they can't do that then they could try and work some material between the show and the movie (like the comic did). Or, they could do a spin-off series and reveal to us just what the hell the backstory was for the Shepherd.
Also, I'd love it if they turned the rest of the Mushishi manga into an anime. The anime covers the first four or five of the mangas, but there were ten in total, and I'd love it if they finished out the anime.
And finally, I just recently watched Ghost Hunt. It was a lot of fun, and the second I finished it I went online hoping that I'd find that there was more I could get somewhere, but unfortunately it was not to be... so if someone wanted to make more Ghost Hunt, they could pick between infinity bonus points in my book, or my eternal undying love. Whichever they wanted.
