A cyber attack in my opinion is much worse then what anyone can achieve by just flying a plane into a building, or anything.

Who do you think is behind this cyber attack.

Since it was the U.S and South Korea who were hit by this, I think its pretty much certain it was the North Koreans.

You can't assume it was North Korea, but that seems like the logical idea. I think if it was the North Koreans we may have to fight them. This and the threats they have been making may say they want war with the US. I say go ahead and fight them, make them democratic and capitalist, and try to fix a thorn in our government's side.

I doubt even the North Korean government has that infrastructure.
My bet would be on China, but they usually do more subtle stuff like, Gh0stnet.
Maybe Russians,a terrorist organization with some smarts, maybe some random group with their own motives.

Anything's possible.We've become a cyberpunk world to a degree.

Edit:A war with North Korea is a total war, they have actual, you know, missiles and nukes and stuff.And their population is absolutely brainwashed. This isn't modern day China's/Iran's citizens we're talking about 1940's Japan.

I don't see why the government doesn't just run off it's own internet. You can make another one easily if you have the money and time. As for North Korea, I just want to see them get invaded already before they can make better missiles and use all of their nuclear fuel.

Actually if you read online new that the Government doesn't want to get out of hand, North Korea has been using ALL of its money to buy WMDs and top of the line hard ware. Also they pissed the U.N. of when there leader says if the U.N. tries to stop them from making Nukes it will be declared an enemy of North Korea. That guy is a nut job, hopefully he will get his one way ticket to the seventh ring of hell sometime soon.
