Shouldn't that be 'If you smoke it during puberty you may be at a slightly increased risk of testicular cancer, although we can't really be sure because the evidence is still not conclusive'?flare09 said:Tell them that if you smoke weed you'll get testicular cancer. Even after testicular cancer has spread, 8 in 10 men will recover from it completely: source [http://www.cancerhelp.org.uk/help/default.asp?page=3572#test]iain62a said:Cancer can spread you know.kommando367 said:not if you get them both removediain62a said:Doesn't matter if you want kids or not, Testicular cancer will still kill you. And if you have them removed, then you need to take large doses of testosterone to keep manly. Your body might produce oestrogen to counter this, and that can make your breasts grow. That fact came directly from Fight Club, so it might not be 100% true.

But you're sperm count more than doubles. Besides which, how many of the 369 (a pathetically small number if anyone wants to consider this conclusive research) test subjects in this 'study' smoked tobacco? I highly doubt that all the people in this research smoked weed and not tobacco. Nice statistical trend but no understanding of why such a link might take place. No explanation as to how marijuana specifically effects the testes. Just a flimsy survey.flare09 said:Tell them that if you smoke weed you'll get testicular cancer. So does Pringles. Fat chance i'll ever stop eating them altogether.cleverlymadeup said:hey breathing oxygen can cause cancer, so might as well stop doing that too
If that rubbish is your idea of proof then you are no scientist. As I said above, theres plenty of good reasons not to smoke, why do people need to make up bullshit reasons?Datalord said:LOL, I WAS RIGHT
