Close Quarters: Ragnar Thunderfist (from the space wolves WH40K book series)
Medic: TF2 medic. Red one. Because a blue medic just looks strange...
Air support: Starbuck (Battlestar Galactica)
Tech specialist: Damien Baird (Gears of war)
Wild card: Remus Lupin (Harry potter)

Leader: Me obviously, cause otherwise what's the point of having an awesome team if I'm not the leader?
Heavy Weapons: Grunt from Mass Effect. Genetically engineered Krogan supersoldier, what's not to love?
Stealth: Alcatraz from Crysis. I know it's kinda cheating cause of his suit but fuck you, he's on my team.
Sniper: Garrus Vakarian. Cause he never misses a shot..... apparently.
Close Quarters: Connor from ACIII. I know the game isn't out yet but from the trailer and gameplay he looks more awesome than Ezio.
Medic: Demyx from KH2. I didn't know of any characters that would class as a medic but I wanted to include a character from KH.
Air Support: Joker. Cause he's Joker.
Tech Specialist: The guy that equips Sam Fisher with all his awesome tech. Forgot his name. Forget what I said and add Adam Jensen into this spot.
Wild Card: Lightning from FF13. As to avoid it being a sausage fest but not detracting the manliness.
