This diet is from the British Heart Foundation, relatively healthy, and pretty easy to do if you spend a lot of time sat down, because it'll totally sap your energy. Good for those who want to XP grind and lose weight. I've done it a few times, and I'm spreading the love

It's a detox, and will lower cholesterol

For this diet, with every meal you should be having a cup of black tea or coffee.
You can drink as much black tea, coffee or water as you want, but nothing else
You can only use salt and pepper and seasonings, and when specific restrictions aren't mentioned, use common sense, though there aren't any that I can see
You should loose upto 10 pounds, you should be doing it for three days, and if you want to restart it, wait three days and begin again.

It's massively lame, you'll have no energy
Start it on a friday, and then complain all weekend like I did

Day 1

Breakfast
Half a grapefruit
1 slice of toast
2 tsps Peanut butter

Lunch
40z Tuna
1 Slice of toast

Wow that sounds god awful. I'd rather run 5 miles a day than put myself through that dieting hell.

I counter balance it out, if I eat well in the day I do an hour in the gym every night. If I eat crap I add an extra 20 mins to the time for each item of junk eaten. Seems to be working so far

I don't want to lose weight, I want to gain some. I'm too skinny, (so I'm told), as it is.

No thanks. I'm currently happy with my weight right now. Doctors tell me I'm slightly underweight so I don't think I need to be losing anymore.

Besides, I can't go on that anyway. I don't eat meat.

Prior to this, my diet consisted of mainly grilled cheese sandwiches and cereal bars

A word of warning though, you can't have anything else apart from water. So those who have dietary needs should probably avoid it.

And big fat people like myself can't jog or run too much straight off the bat, this will help shed a few pounds.
