Hello escapists.
Apologies to all Britts. I'm an idiot. Moving on:
This short video -
(Another video)
Shows the response of the crowd of 2700 people or so after an unexpected performance in Maddona's tour schedule (The Paris venue was added a bit later and the sale of tickets was limited at first for her fans). The preformance was 45 minutes and each ticket was bought with 280 Euros each. Her fans even went as far as camping outside of the stage the night before.
The audience rallied against the preformer after she finished, calling "boo" and for their money back, people going as far as shouting "whore" at the singer.

So guys and gals and fans of Maddona, what do you think?

I understand the rage, but if you were a true fan of someone I don't think you'd shout "whore" at them.

Also, I don't like her myself so I find this funny.

What was that? Barely anything even happened, if I wasn't told I wouldn't have even realised they were booing anyone at all. If that's the extent of it, I honestly find it hard to care at all. I don't think anyone should be out-right harassing the woman, but there's nothing wrong with the crowd expressing displeasure at her performance. I mean... they have the right to be mildly discontented, as seemed to be the case in those videos.

Well, the site source gave a link to the performance of Madonna, but it was taken down shortly after, so I couldn't add it.

They camped out for her show and then did this? Kinda confused here. Why the hell did they go? As for Madonna herself, I can understand booing her, but calling her a whore is crossing the line for me.

I don't get it. What happened? She played an extra gig on her tour and got booed and bottled when she played it? Why?

As a big fan of most things Madonna I'm naturally inclined to roll my eyes.

But....can someone explain exactly what lead to this? Was she just not giving a full performance mentally or physically? If you pay a lot just to go boo her...you have problems...serious ones...and no ability to prioritize.

What lead up to all this?

OP, you ask us if we think the crowd is justified without telling us why they were booing. Was the performance terrible? Was it because it was short and expensive? Did gelatin get sprayed over a primarily vegan audience? Was it in fact not Madonna, but Osama Bin Laden himself simply dressed up in a wig and gown?

Seriously, the only information I have to hand is that MAdonna is a performer, did a performance and was booed/rallied against by the crowd. So to answer your question as to whether or not it was justified I say NO BECAUSE REASONS.

Was it too short?

Was it poor choice of songs?

I personally can't stand her but this seems like an odd thing to pay for and then BOO at.
If I don't like something I tend to just... y'know, avoid it.

I'd certainly be irritated if I'd payed that much for a show that lasted 45 mins. I probably wouldn't use the exact word whore (I don't want folks to mistake me for Frank Miller), but I would not be happy.

I said it was short and expensive, and made hastily. It's a shame you can't infer it from the details I provided.
