Using an Afterglow PS3 wired controller on PC?

All of my controllers are worn out with years of use except for one that I've never really used - the Afterglow PS3 dealio with the wire. Because it has a wire. And it glows annoyingly. And because it doesn't have sixaxis.

Now I have no other options for PC gaming with a controller except this monstrosity, except I have no idea how to make the PC pretend that it's a piece of hardware worth its time and attention.

Is there anything I can do? Does anyone know how to use this on a PC?

Used this for my PS3 controller, works like a charm. Just download, install, plug the controller in and set it to 360 controller emulation and you're sorted.

My biggest gripe with this thing though is you need to be online for some stupid reason to use it, but some fantastic people modded an offline version of it, never used it though but give it a look [http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/threads/24923-Motionjoy-offline-Here-s-your-fix] if you need to play without a connection.
