So yeah recently i just bought a xbox 360 online on play.com. i bought it using their Third party trade system "playtrade" now im just wondering what everyone else's experiences of Third party sellers have been. good or bad, as ive never used them before now and i really dont know what to expect.
Also, those of you with legal know how, what should i do if my product never arrives at all, considering it's not play.com that actually sold me the Xbox, but a seller called Games2Gouk. (which i have tried locating online in case it was a store, but have had no luck)
Thanks

Maybe this would be better in the Off Topic discussion:].

I'd never order something pricey from 3rd party sellers. Ordered a book by Sophocles from one via Amazon a few weeks ago...arrived sooner than the Amazon books!
So yeah, that was good.
Find you, the book was really damn floppy, what.

Well, the playtrade User Agreement doesn't appear to be as good for buyers as Paypal or Ebay, but it's got all the markings of good support for if there is a problem. That said, if they've got good feedback there shouldn't be an issue. I've picked up plenty from various 3rd party people on play and Amazon, never had a problem.
