I was just wondering if anybody knew of any Vampire the Requiem mods for any PC game, or barring that where could I play the tabletop rpg online somewhere?

Hmm, I don't think there are any VtR mods, with that said, even if there are, they won't be too different from VtM ones - the rules and setting are pretty similar, if translated to a videogame, there won't really be a big difference.

As for where to find the TT game, if you want an electronic copy...or, actually, a physical one, then DriverThroughRPG (they do PDFs and print on demand) has it along with almost all White Wolf books. You would need to get the World of Darkness rulebook [http://rpg.drivethrustuff.com/product/1124/World-of-Darkness-Rulebook?term=world+of+darkness&it=1] which is the basis of the system, with Vampire the Requiem [http://rpg.drivethrustuff.com/product/1122/Vampire-The-Requiem?term=vampire+the+requi&it=1] being bolted on top and adding the vampire specific things. I can also really reccomend The Vampire Translation Guide bundle [http://rpg.drivethrustuff.com/product/86203/Vampire-Translation-Toolkit-%5BBUNDLE%5D] - it has all the books you need plus it's cheaper than any of them. It's a great deal. It gets even better, since you also get two more books - the Vampire the Masquerade Core Rulebook[footnote]though, I'd recommend getting the 20th Anniversary Edition if you want VtM, however the 3rd edition is still good, it's just that V20 compiles A LOT more stuff and some clarifications and tweaks[/footnote] and the Vampire Translation Guide which I thought was brilliant. It features rules and ideas for how to convert Masquerade to Requiem and vice versa which leads to some really solid stuff, like the Masquerade Tremere and Assamites not being a clan but a VtR Covenant, so any clan can join (and this fits a lot better with their concept, too) or getting the Masquerade clans into Requiem, etc.

I have a close friend that runs and plays the RPG with his friends via Google+ hangout or Skype. If you don't know anyone around you I might suggest something to that effect.
