So...that was average.
I can't really describe it any other way. It was far from being terrible, but nothing about the video review made me particularly like it either.
Now, I'm about to give some criticism, but I do hope it comes off as constructive criticism.

The main issues that I had were quality issues.
While I did like the fact that you lowered the volume of the gameplay footage while you were talking, your voice sounded very...muffled and sometimes difficult to understand because of it. I feel like the issue could probably be fixed with a different recording device or possibly working on your enunciation, I wouldn't know what the exact cause is.
Another issue that I noticed was the gameplay footage itself. I mean, it's not terrible, but owning the game, I know that it looks so much better than how it's portrayed in the video. I'm not entirely sure if it's an issue of the way you actually recorded it or maybe it was how you rendered it. Overall I was disappointed in the quality of the visuals in the video. It was merely functional game footage. Not the best, but it at least kind of showed what you were talking about.
I noticed that you would put a pause in-between each little section of your review. I like the idea of pausing between sections to indicate a change in topic, however I felt like the pause didn't have appropriate visuals. It's a feeling that during the pause in speaking, the visuals continued playing, but had no relevance to what was just said. It was just a footage for the sake of not having a black screen during the pause. For example, you pause right after saying "The game starts with the destruction of San Francisco caused by an energy beam from a microwave energy array satellite which was used by the new Russian government named The Order of The Russian Star." (I may have slightly misquoted you since the sound is really muffled.) My issue here is that the last thing I hear you talk about is the fact that the beam is controlled by some Russian political power. However, the footage that plays after the pause is simply a continuation of the cut-scene where San Fransisco is destroyed. I mean yeah, the footage relates to the first part of your sentence, but not so much with the last thing that the audience hears.
I think that you should either plan to end a sentence and then pause while having relevant footage play right after your pause, or you create some sort of transitional picture or animation with some music in the background to visually indicate a change in topic.
In terms of the information provided in the review, I thought it was adequate. This is probably personal preference at this point so feel free to react to this however you want. I kind of felt like it was a very standard informational sort of review. I felt that you were kind of not so enthusiastic while speaking. That's kind of a big turn-off for me. Maybe I'm just too used to other types of reviewers, but I prefer an excited and enthusiastic tone rather than the more serious and formal/informational tone.
Oh the last thing. This is something that's completely and totally subjective and inconsequential, but I would really prefer it if you said "Shoot-em-ups" rather than "Shmups". I mean typed, it's not so bad, but it can be kind of difficult to understand that term when it's being said.
Good luck and have fun with your future videos.
