Verification Problems

So posting this was a last resort, I've tried like every other way of getting this fixed. But I can't even send a "Contact Us Form" through the site from any accounts because I just get a useless vague "Error: Problem sending mail". So I had to have a friend create a trash account so I could make a post.

Basically I changed my user name on my main account from "Zing89" to "Zing", and also changed my email at the same time, which prompted the site to have me verify again, so I did, but I didn't receive any verification email, so I requested a new one a few times, but still received none in any of my inboxes. So I was unable to send a message for technical support or to verify my account. I've tried changing my email back and user name but nada. So I'd like to get in touch with a site admin or mod to fix it.

Try posting your problem in this [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/groups/view/Tech-Team] user-group. Someone there should be able to fix it for you.

You joined today, it's not like you have any problem just starting a new darn account. And calling yourself Zing again, because you are called Zing89 here still. What's the problem with that?

No I joined like 3 or 4 months ago. Like I said, this is a trash account. My normal account is set up and I have some badges and I've done a bunch of quizzes etc. I'd rather not start a new account when there's nothing wrong with my old one.

Anyway thanks to the rest of you, I should be able to sort it out from that.

Bumping this thread because PM's aren't working at all, they take forever then give you a generic error, also no messages seem to show up on the Tech Team group. So there's nothing I can do =\

Actually, you say nothing about this being a trash account. And it also seems that nothing is working after all. You could just make a post on one of the threads the moderator made or quote one so it sends them a system message with your problem.

Thanks for the idea though, I'll try it in the morning if stuff is still not working.
