I agree with RDR, being GOTY but how does Mass Effect 2 qualify as an rpg? The first one was, but the second scrapped most of the RPG portions.

Well, there go my arguments about the usefulness of the VGA-connection on today's monitors...

But yeah, I'm with you on the game of the year although we do had Starcraft 2 and a new Fallout. Now a wee bit o' nagging: a game about making music should not receive "best soundtrack" technically so I'm going for RDR too, Rockstar had some pretty sweet titles there.

Something tells me that Reach is gonna get all kinds of attention come awards time this year. But Red Dead will probably pull off the most wins this year

(also, not to be a dick or anything, but you should probably think about using some better formatting next time you make a big list. Just my opinion)

I know ME2 scrapped most of its rpg elements but at its core (as small as it may be) is still an rpg
