Video Card Compatibility Advice

Hey Everyone!

From what I can understand, the biggest weakness with it was the Video Card. I've finally managed to pull enough together to get a pretty nice one; the one i'm looking to buy is this one. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130557

I'm just wondering if anyone can tell me if it will be compatible with my computer; Sorry, i'm just not the best when it comes to understanding computer hardware. I usually try to find these things out myself via Google, but honestly, I don't want to trust myself on this; not when i'm blowing 180 bucks on it.

This [http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150506&cm_re=6870-_-14-150-506-_-Product] is a better deal. Also, it's compatible, but you might want not want to overclock anything, as 480w is on the small side.
