Post text or videos that take an in depth looks at individual games. An analysis contain full spoilers and are structured, and well edited.

Pretty much everything by Matthewmatosis is great.

Super Bunnyhop has some that are pretty good.

smudboy has a couple that are decent (like Bioshock: Infinite and Dragon Age 2) but has some that are poorly organized and end up more like ranty let's plays (Dragon Age: Inquisition.)

Egoraptor has done a couple of highly comedic Sequelitis videos that are none the less pretty good.

Shamus Young has some that are pretty good. There's Fable 2, Mass Effect, Final Fantasy X, and the Thieve's Guild quest of Skyrim. There might be more, but Shamus's site is kind of a mess to navigate.

Socks Make People Sexy has done an analysis for the entire Final Fantasy, Earthbound/Mother, Chrono Trigger, and Legacy of Kain series.

And here's a pretty good retrospective of the Legend of Zelda series that gloatingswine is doing on Shamus Young's forums.

An unfinished Giant Analysis of the WHOLE Pokemon Deck is made by the author BogLeech right here:

However don't expect an objective look of most Pokemons. BogLeech is very well-known for his taste for unique/gross creatures designs. I am not saying he is not fair of course, but sometimes I just disagree 100% with his taste...
Two of his favorite Pokemons are Trubbish and Garbodor.

Sequelitis is great if you dont watch Game Grumps.

And what is your definition truly for this? Does it have to be a single video? Does it have to go into -everything-? Cause if not, Extra Credits has a few things Id suggest. More so on their "Extra Play" side-channel, like the first 24 episodes of Dan playing Dark Souls 1, since he does it with James and they discuss in great detail and specifics of the game as they play it. (25 on is just Dan and is more Lets Play-y, but I still liked it, though unfortunately James didnt show up for the end or anything)

They also have a few episodes of stuff about the animation of games thats interesting, such as Monster Hunter and Smash Bros and why it matters.
