I can't seem to load videos on my computer. At first I thought it was Firefox, but it doesn't work on IE either. Additionally it used to just be for Youtube videos, but the condition has spread to videos hosted by other sites as well. The videos will either show they are loading but never play, or load for the first few seconds before stopping and never resuming.
The issue has persisted for some time, but I've put off fixing it, thinking it would work itself out. I have exhausted my meager computer knowledge (cleared cache/memory, uninstalled/reinstalled the browser and flash) and I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem and/or knows what to do.
