Villains that would make you run in real life

You are walking down a field, just wearing a T-shirt and jeans carrying nothing with you. You are alone, not near any buildings or anyone. You have no super powers nor do you have the means to call for aid. Suddenly a monster/villain/alien appears which is intent on killing you.

Which villains would you flee from without a second glance?

For me it is Bowser. Oh yeah, laugh. A fat Italian plumber pummels him pretty much daily. Don't forget though that the Italian has power ups and is strong enough to pick up giant turtle shells to throw them at his enemies.

Trust me, the second I see this 12 feet tall monster coming after me:

I'm gone. Give me a Mega Mushroom and I might fight him.

The Joker, I'd literally have no idea if he'll kill me cleanly, in a horrific manner, just cripple me ironically or let me go alive. It's the uncertainty that would make me piss my pants.

Almost any villain ever. Even if it was something along the lines of Plankton from Spongebob Squarepants I'd rather not take my chances...something would likely go wrong for me. Especially if i'm wearing jeans...I work better in shorts thank you so very much.

EDIT: but if you want a "real" answer I'd likely say Psycho Mantis...mainly because I have no way of exchanging my controller to port 2 in a real life situation.
